- Manage and grow assigned client credit portfolios to achieve revenue targets
- Set up financial facilities including loans, credit lines, and deposit accounts
- Oversee daily transaction processing and ensure accurate documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and prospects
- Drive utilization of loan and deposit products through effective promotion
- Collaborate with credit teams to assess client eligibility and risk
- Prepare account reviews and generate performance reports
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, sales, or client management roles
- Strong understanding of credit products and banking services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally
- Willingness to work in Greenhills, Metro Manila area
