Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account development plans to meet sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize account value
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to refine strategies and improve performance
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to provide seamless client solutions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for branch management
  • Represent Liberty General Insurance at industry events and networking functions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in insurance
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driver's license for client visits
  • Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage
