Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel, restaurant, and catering clients
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA or FMCG sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of the Philippine food service industry landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for client visits
