- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within a portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships (C-Suite, VPs) with client organizations, positioning BT as a trusted digital transformation partner.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for BT’s full suite of products, including connectivity, cloud, security, and digital services.
- Lead virtual account teams (pre-sales, solutions architects, bid managers) to deliver compelling proposals and complex technical solutions.
- Own the commercial contract lifecycle, including negotiation, pricing strategy, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Forecast sales pipeline accurately and manage CRM data integrity to provide visibility to regional leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, driving improvements in service delivery and product innovation based on client feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the APAC telecommunications landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the telecommunications, IT services, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota targets in a complex, solution-driven sales environment.
- Deep understanding of the APAC telecommunications landscape, including regulatory requirements and market players.
- Experience managing large, strategic accounts (e.g., Fortune 500 / MNC clients) with multi-year contract cycles.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, including experience with P&L management and commercial modelling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Fluency in an additional Asian language is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
- Deep network and established relationships within the target enterprise sector in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
