Tanggung Jawab
- Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, ensuring financial targets and commercial KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of facilities managers and engineers to deliver exceptional service quality and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to drive business growth and identify new revenue streams within the portfolio.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and senior client leadership through regular strategic engagement and reporting.
- Oversee operational delivery to ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, environment (HSE), and local Singaporean regulatory standards.
- Implement innovative technology solutions and sustainable practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce carbon footprints.
- Lead contract renewals, procurement strategies, and rigorous vendor performance management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize building life cycles and reduce total cost of ownership for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related Project Management field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Facilities Management or Engineering services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial contracts and complex P&L accounts exceeding $10M in value.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore FM landscape, BCA regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable business insights.
- Professional certification such as FMP (Facility Management Professional), CFM (Certified Facility Manager), or PMP is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing integrated facilities management (IFM) contracts across commercial or industrial sectors.
