RecruitFirst is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Account Director to join an established Information and Communications Technology (ICT) provider in Singapore. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive base salary up to $6,000 per month, supplemented by an attractive, uncapped commission structure.
As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing key enterprise accounts and acquiring new business within the tech sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailor-made ICT solutions, including cloud, network, and managed services. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts within the ICT sector.
- Identify and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
- Understand clients' business objectives and recommend customized technical solutions, including cloud, security, and hardware infrastructure.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation and technical presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales and post-sales delivery teams to ensure successful project deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, specifically within the ICT, telecommunications, or technology sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of cloud computing, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, or SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Established network of enterprise clients in Singapore is highly advantageous.
