Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships with corporate and MICE clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new partnerships within the local market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and services.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Represent the hotel at industry networking events and trade shows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on key account management.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore hospitality market and corporate landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
