Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective business partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and onboarding.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and competitive landscape in Metro Manila.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and revenue quotas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or high-volume account management.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment.
