Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the construction and architectural sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, developers, and architects
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications for Aluminum Composite Panels
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures while ensuring profitability
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions for client projects
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction-related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials or architectural products
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine construction industry standards and practices
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Experience with Aluminum Composite Panels or similar cladding systems preferred
