Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the electronics sector.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client presentations.
- Handle complex client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and market research to identify emerging trends and client needs.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management or Sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated service environment with strict attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Cebu for client meetings and networking events.
