Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
