- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets within the Manado region.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with management and C-level executives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand the company's market share.
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services using solid, persuasive arguments to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to your clients.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and consistently report on key performance metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar B2B sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to and engage C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently in the field while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
