Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand the company's market share.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations to potential customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms to close deals effectively.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the technical pre-sales team to ensure proposed solutions meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT product sales or B2B business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, software solutions, and enterprise technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is highly preferred for dealing with international vendors.
