Our client is a well-established Southeast Asian company with a long-standing presence in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. To support their expanding footprint in Indonesia, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Food Ingredients Distributor) to join their dynamic team in Jawa Barat.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing food and beverage manufacturers, and delivering tailored ingredient solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with food and beverage manufacturers in the West Java region.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote a comprehensive range of food ingredients, raw materials, and customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical support and R&D teams to address client specifications and formulation needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth avenues.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the food ingredients, chemical distribution, or B2B F&B manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of food ingredients applications, technical specifications, and formulation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel regularly within the Jawa Barat region.
- Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
