Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Coordinate closely with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any client issues.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote NL Metals products and services.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the trading or manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Johor and surrounding areas.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly desirable.
