Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and business owners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to closing the deal and post-sale handovers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS, Telematics, or Tech sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling objections and closing complex deals.
