Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for logistics and client success? Mets Cold Storage Services Inc is looking for a driven Account Executive to join our growing team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring that our cold storage solutions meet their operational needs while driving sustainable business growth.
As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and provide strategic recommendations to optimize our clients' supply chain processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure cold storage service quality and delivery standards.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management review.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Resolve client concerns promptly, acting as a bridge between the client and our service delivery teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role (logistics/warehousing experience is a significant plus).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Resident of Cebu or willing to be based in Mandaue City.
