Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry developments to maintain competitive edge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Tangerang/Banten region
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities for market trend identification
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
