- Proactively prospect and acquire new clients within the logistics and transportation sector
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts
- Identify client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions to meet their requirements
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or B2B services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities to understand client needs and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client visits
