- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective and targeted sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
