Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales leads to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or client relations (minimum 1-2 years experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila as needed.
- Highly motivated with a result-driven mindset.
