As an Account Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities for business expansion.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the value of our services.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product management, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Accurately record and manage customer data in the CRM system for reporting purposes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred for local client meetings.
