Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's market share in the meat and agri sector.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and basic CRM software.
- Willingness to work in Imus City, Cavite on a full-time basis.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric mindset.
