Are you a high-energy sales professional with a hunter mindset? MFT International Corporation is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term partnerships.
We are looking for someone who excels in outbound prospecting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about closing deals. If you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a knack for building rapport with key decision-makers, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to refine our value proposition and drive revenue expansion across the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Follow up on high-intent marketing-generated leads to accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client business needs.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and a 'hunter' sales mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
