Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with high precision.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination regarding budget allocations and financial inquiries.
- Enforce and improve internal control procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in reconciliation processes for bank and intercompany accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive financial documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
