- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and proposal presentation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate product implementation and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and industry competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial supplies or construction materials.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas as required.
- Strong professional network within the Philippine industrial or construction market is a significant advantage.
