- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territory
- Present company products/services to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare and present sales reports to management team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Resident of Metro Manila with willingness to travel locally
