Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market reach in the Surakarta region.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business requirements.
- Present customized product solutions that align with the specific needs of each client.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a solution-selling environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and a 'go-getter' attitude.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term professional relationships.
