Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the beauty industry
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in CRM systems
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand professional network
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
