Tanggung Jawab
- Drive new business development and revenue growth through proactive and strategic sales initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitive trends.
- Present and pitch our products/services effectively, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal product and support teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
