Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare clients and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with client needs.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, contracts, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Track sales metrics and pipeline progress to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible environment.
- Able to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings and events.
