As a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP), we are dedicated to connecting people and creating opportunities through superior connectivity solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our technical and support teams to deliver tailored internet solutions that meet the unique needs of businesses and residential customers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Karawang region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present customized proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while securing client agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within the telecommunications or IT services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
