Tanggung Jawab
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold outreach
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Jakarta market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid Indonesian work permit
