- Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the PEME corporate accounts sector.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal clinic operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client feedback.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance metrics and propose strategies for improvement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and quarterly targets aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage resources and maximize lead generation efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.
- Strong understanding of the PEME market and corporate client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
