Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a dedicated portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and robust renewal rates.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify client needs and present tailored iCare HMO solutions and value propositions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and service reviews to reinforce partnership value.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Underwriting, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive renewal proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close renewal agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform account strategies and product development.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team targets for account retention and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, corporate sales, or business development, preferably within the HMO, insurance, or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving renewal targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to Davao City.
