Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings.
