Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new corporate leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for potential enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare and negotiate competitive service proposals and contracts tailored to client business needs.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery and solution alignment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market competition, and new IT service innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (English and Indonesian).
- Deep understanding of business connectivity, cloud services, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
