Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for building strategic partnerships? Acquire Intelligence is looking for a driven Account Executive to join our B2B sales team in Ortigas. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.

You will thrive in our fast-paced, onsite environment, collaborating with a high-performing team to exceed sales targets. We provide the tools, support, and culture needed to succeed, provided you bring the hunger to hunt for new business and the consultative skills to close complex deals.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate Mid-Market and Enterprise markets.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to technical demonstrations and final contract negotiations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine our value proposition and improve conversion rates.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and product demos tailored to specific client pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities within our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shifts in an onsite setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales outreach tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven team culture.
