- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with brand partners and agency clients to drive long-term business growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking to expand our client portfolio
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining alignment with company objectives and client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to specific brand requirements
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in e-commerce or agency sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
