Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and small-business clients within the Cebu territory.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting data for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or logistics-related sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Highly self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Cebu City.
