Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the chemical sector.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to generate a consistent pipeline of sales leads.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial inquiry and technical consultation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure accurate product delivery and customer support.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and procurement managers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical or raw materials industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical product applications and supply chain requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and support regional sales initiatives.
