- Manage and expand client portfolios through strategic relationship cultivation and needs assessment
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline data in CRM systems
- Represent Taxsam.co at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze market trends and client needs
- Results-driven approach with adaptability to changing market conditions
