- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to drive retention, upselling, and revenue growth.
- Provide expert consultation on freight solutions, shipping options, and logistics optimization to meet client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events and virtual networking sessions to build brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on negotiation and persuasion.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
