Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end client relationship, from initial consultation to final exhibition installation.
- Develop innovative exhibition design concepts that align with client branding and strategic objectives.
- Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and quotations for exhibition construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal production and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits and supervise on-site construction to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Actively prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities within the construction and event sectors.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in exhibition design, event management, or sales within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural integrity, and project costing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
