PT Atlas Produk Konstruksi is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Chief Engineer to lead our technical operations in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of technical design and site implementation. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to resolve complex engineering challenges, optimize construction workflows, and ensure project delivery stays on schedule and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all technical design processes and implementation for large-scale construction projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to company construction standards, safety protocols, and national building regulations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical site issues and optimize construction methodologies.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with project blueprints.
- Manage technical documentation, including shop drawings, material approvals, and project completion reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project engineers and site supervisors to improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and approve construction materials and equipment based on project requirements and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in construction management or engineering roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or other industry-standard technical design software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Proven leadership capability in managing construction site teams and external contractors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Professional Engineer (SKA) certification is highly preferred.
