Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project blueprints and specifications.
- Perform thorough quality checks on building materials, components, and workmanship to identify defects or non-compliance issues.
- Maintain detailed daily inspection reports and maintain up-to-date project documentation for management review.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and contractors to address and rectify quality-related deviations in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all construction activities strictly adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Oversee the testing of critical structural elements to guarantee long-term stability and safety.
- Participate in pre-construction and post-construction audits to drive continuous process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Construction Quality Control or a similar site engineering role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction management field.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural techniques, and building codes applicable in Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to subcontractors and site teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software for reporting purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced, outdoor environment.
