In this pivotal role, you'll drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new exhibitors while managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client relationship management to contract negotiation and deal closure. You'll leverage market insights to develop tailored sales strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute compelling event proposals, and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new exhibitors within hospitality, tourism, and MICE sectors
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
- Create customized sales proposals aligned with client event requirements
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Track sales metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality/events
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales management
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
