Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate Jakarta's corporate HR technology market
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads through targeted outreach and solution demonstrations
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to position HRIS solutions as strategic business enablers
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and pilot implementations
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline visibility
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with HR and IT decision-makers
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record selling HRIS, HCM, or related HR technology solutions
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in Jakarta's technology sector
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas in competitive markets
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex solution selling methodologies
- Strong understanding of HR processes and pain points in Indonesian enterprises
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional collaboration
