Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Deliver high-impact product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal delivery and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high renewal rates.
- Provide detailed market feedback and sales reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the ISP, IT, or Telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of internet service solutions and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and close enterprise-level deals.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
