PT Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the primary link between our advanced internet connectivity solutions and businesses across the region, helping them scale through reliable, high-speed digital infrastructure.
We are looking for a consultative seller who understands the nuances of the telecommunications and IT distribution landscape. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Bali region to expand our client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for corporate clients and SMEs.
- Develop customized connectivity and IT solutions tailored to meet specific client technical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Collaborate with the technical support and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or Business Development Manager.
- Background in Telecommunications, Internet Service Providers (ISP), IT Distribution, or System Integration is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of internet connectivity products, managed services, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to effectively navigate the diverse Bali business market.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
